Hi, I'm a sixteen year old girl trying to adopt a healthier lifestyle. Bad habits I'm trying to erase: too much T.V. eating too many sweets/high sodium foods, procrastination, generally being lazy. Good habits I'd like to increase: reading, working out, eating healthier, studying more, playing violin.

Current Weight: 158 lbs.
Goal Weight: 140 lbs.
I'd also like to increase my muscle mass, cardio, stress-level, and flexibility.
